I got started with Zoho Invoice, honestly in the beginning because it was free. I give Zoho Invoice five out of five stars. My recommendation for anyone that's attempting to use Zoho or was thinking about it, go for it. It's very user-friendly, so yep, it was good. The transition from my last invoicing system into this one was very simple. The integration process with Zoho was very simple, very easy, very smooth. That's the reason why I ended up going with Zoho. First, it was free initially, and again, it was very user-friendly, easy to use. ![]() ![]() They do have those options, but it just wasn't user-friendly. They didn't have a lot of the options that I was looking for as far as payroll and reports, running reports and everything. Honestly, it wasn't as easy as Zoho is when it comes to invoicing and the other feature. My experience with them, I mean they were fine, but they charged quite a bit. I also used Stripe and Square for invoicing. Prior to using Zoho, I was using, I mean, I actually created my own invoices. And Zoho has enabled me to be able to just input the amounts and they send it to the client directly. So I would have to not only input the formulas, but I would also have to export the pages or the invoices to PDF so that I could send them to my clients.
